The cons of ‘canned food’ to pregnant women

In the situation that we need to stay home, canned food becomes an popular option for people to keep on hand. However, eating too much canned food while pregnant may cause nagative effects on both pregnant women the baby in the womb.

Canned food is a food that has been processed and chemically treated. It also contains seasoning powder, borax, sodium nitrate, sodium phosphate, sodium saccharin, sodium and other substances that may be harmful to the baby.

For the mother allergic to seasoning powder, it may cause some effects such as analgesic around face, ear, mouth and tongue area, dizzy, fatigued, and nausea.
