Simple steps to get pregnant!

Step 1 –Stop using birth control in advance

Stop using birth control before having sex for 2 -3 months. This includes other types of birth control that you are using. If you are using injection, it is necessary to stop using it for at least 9 months or longer.

Step 2 – Calculate your ovulation

Step 3 –Have sex before your ovulation

Healthy sperm can stay in the uterus and fallopian tubes for a few days, but a woman’s egg only lasts 12-24 hours after ovulation. So, having sex before your ovulation can increase the chances of fertilization.


 For 28-day menstrual cycle

  • Start having sex 2-3 times per week as soon as period is over. So, you can be sure that you won’t miss the right time.
  • Have sex everyday starting around day 10.
  • When you get a positive result from the OPKs, have sex that day and the next 2 days.
