Menopause…What to take care?

Reaching the 40s, we know that many women are worrying about changes, especially hormone changes.

Menopause begins between the ages of 45-55. When reaching menopause, your ovaries will stop working and there’ll be no ovulation. 

That means less production of female sex hormones such as estrogen and progesterone, causing the menstrual cycle to stop, other symptoms occurring physically and mentally, and the risks of other diseases.

The obvious effects after women over 45’s, hormones are less productive, mood swings, grumpiness, and poor body function compared to when younger.

Women in menopause should take vitamins that are high in antioxidants like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, carotene, lycopene, coenzyme Q10, and astaxanthin.

Antioxidants can prevent diseases such as embolic stroke and coronary artery disease. They also reduce the production of beta-amyloid which is the cause of Alzheimer’s disease, prevent damage to the skin’s collagen, enhance the immune system, reduce the risk of cancer, more importantly, reduce hot flashes.
