A highly popular dish right now is ‘dancing shrimp salad’. It is a street food easily found at a night market. But, can pregnant women eat it?
Pregnant women usually crave some types of food. Some crave sweet food and some crave sour or raw food, especially this dancing shrimp salad.
But fermented, fresh, or undercooked food is something pregnant women should avoid. Apart from negative effects on health, there can be germs that you cannot see like parasites mixed in the food. This case can happen to anybody, but it’s just that pregnant women must be especially careful.
