What are the criteria for organic product standards?

The following are the guidelines for acquiring organic product standards:

To be labeled an organic product, the product must contain 10% or more of organic ingredients. It must be a natural extract that contains no chemicals. Furthermore, the source of the extract must not employ any chemical fertilizers, and the land must remain chemical-free for at least three years.

Also, if you want to acquire international organic standards for any of your products, each organization’s terms and conditions must be followed. For example, to acquire an ECOCERT Certificate, the products must contain 75% or more of organic ingredients. For high standard organization like USDA of the United States, products must contain at least 95% of organic ingredients.
