For those who are preparing to become pregnant due to infertility or not, you should refrain from using products that contain chemicals of any kind, such as cosmetics, lotions, skin creams, hair spray, and nail polish on the day you proceed with egg retrieval and embryo transfer. This is because these chemicals may have a negative effect on egg cells and embryos obtained from ICSI which are especially sensitive to these chemicals.
